Our notary may be able to help notarize your wills, trusts, deeds, contracts, affidavits and more.
Be prepared to sign your documents with our notary:

Bring a valid, government issued photo ID with you when you visit for notary services

Be sure to bring all of the documents that need to be notarized with you.

Be sure the documents are complete and ready for signature. If you need legal advice, please consult an attorney. The notary public is prohibited from helping you to prepare, complete, or understand legal documents.

Some documents may require signature witnesses in addition to notarization.

HOTSPOTS AND TABLETS
We offer Hotspots and Tablets to checkout. Ask our front desk staff if you would like to request them!
- These devices check out for 4 weeks.
- You must be 18 years or older to check out these devices. At the time of checkout, you must show the staff a valid state issued ID, a copy of which will be kept on file.
- To checkout any devices, you must have no fines or fees on your account.
- Please return the items inside the library. Do not drop them in the book drop.
- Device services will be deactivated once they become overdue.
- You may check out three devices at a time: one hotspot and two of the others. For example, you can check out two tablets and a hotspot, but won't be able to check out two hotspots.

MEETING ROOMS
Our Rotary Room and Auditorium (both located on the 3rd floor) are designed to meet the public's general educational, civic and cultural needs of the community - such activities as recitals, discussion groups, meetings, concerts, political events, religious functions, etc. The Rotary Room and Auditorium are now open to the public and non-profit organizations.
According to library policy, the rooms may not be used for purely social events such as private parties, luncheons, showers, weddings, or receptions; nor may they be used for commercial events.
Rates (Daily):
Public - $50/hr. - Auditorium; $25/hr. - Rotary Room
Non-profit - $25/hr. - Auditorium; $12.50/hr. Rotary Room

CONVENIENT BOOK/MATERIALS RETURNS
1) In our front downtown building parking lot, there are two.
2) At Music City Mall next to the lending library kiosk near the food court, there is one.
3) One on the west side, in parking lot next to Kellus Turner Park community building and Buddy West Elementary.
SEED LIBRARY
Free to the public and does not require a library card to take packets of seeds. Maintained by Texas A&M Agrilife Extension.
